- Is it really free?
- Yes. Every feature — the editor, DC, transient and AC analysis, all components, the oscilloscope and multimeter, saving, sharing and exporting — is free with no usage limits and no trial clock.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the simulator and start building. Nothing gates the tool behind an email address.
- Where is my data stored?
- Entirely in your browser. Circuits are saved to IndexedDB on your own device and simulations run client-side. Nothing is uploaded to a server unless you explicitly create a share link, which encodes the circuit in the URL itself.
- How is a free tool sustainable?
- CircuitSimulate is a static site with the solver running in your browser, so serving it costs almost nothing. There are no per-user compute bills to cover, which is exactly why the free plan can stay genuinely free.
