Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature — the editor, DC, transient and AC analysis, all components, the oscilloscope and multimeter, saving, sharing and exporting — is free with no usage limits and no trial clock.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the simulator and start building. Nothing gates the tool behind an email address.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely in your browser. Circuits are saved to IndexedDB on your own device and simulations run client-side. Nothing is uploaded to a server unless you explicitly create a share link, which encodes the circuit in the URL itself.
How is a free tool sustainable?
CircuitSimulate is a static site with the solver running in your browser, so serving it costs almost nothing. There are no per-user compute bills to cover, which is exactly why the free plan can stay genuinely free.
