How it works
When a capacitor charges through a resistor it follows Vc(t) = Vs (1 − e^(−t/RC)). The time constant τ = R × C sets the pace: after one τ the capacitor reaches 63% of the supply, and after five τ it is essentially full.
Here R = 10 kΩ and C = 10 µF give τ = 100 ms. Run the transient analysis and the voltage probe traces the charging curve on the oscilloscope in real time.
